Please follow instructions closely

1. For package type, select "contracted groups hotel only"

2. Destination City: Sint Maarten will automatically populate.

3. Select your dates of travel: the office dates of the trip are July 15 - 20, 2026. You are welcome to stay longer.

4. Add the correct traveler information.

I had 3 room cancellations at the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center. $299/night with a 3-night minimum. Hot breakfast for 2. I'm holding until next Friday before I cancel.

I also have 1 Zulu Ball ticket left $310.00, comes with food.

My clients are selling their cabin on the Valiant Lady, Grand Turk, Puerta Plata, and More, July 20 - 27, 2025. The total cost for the XL Sea Terrace cabin that is for sale is $5202. The deposit that was paid was $967.20 (that would be needed to be paid to the seller of the cabin), and the balance of $4234.80 is due by March 15, 2025. Payable to Virgin.

I also have a regular Central Sea terrace cabin for $4356. The balance that was paid was $798.00, and the balance is $3558.00. Same conditions as the other cabin.

Both come with $600.00/each of Bar Tab credit. Must stay with the TA on file. Please inbox me if interested.
