Vacation math is the part of travel planning that doesn’t show up on the itinerary.

A three-night stay is rarely three full days. A “quick” transfer can take twice as long. And every hotel change comes with more packing, unpacking, logistics, and opportunities for someone to lose a charger.

That’s why we don’t plan trips by asking, “How much can we fit in?”

We ask, “How much can we fit in without making the vacation feel like work?”

Because an itinerary can be technically possible and still be a terrible idea.

The real luxury isn’t squeezing in one more hotel, city, or experience.

It’s having the time and energy to actually enjoy the ones you chose.
