I’ve been hearing this question more often lately—whether Mexico all-inclusives are still a good value.
And I completely understand why it comes up. There are so many resorts to choose from that it can feel hard to know what you’re really getting or whether it will match your expectations.

What’s important to remember is that Mexico is not one type of experience. Some resorts are very relaxed, others are more lively and social, and others are built specifically for families or groups.
When the right match is made, it can be one of the simplest and most enjoyable ways to travel.
It really comes down to choosing the right resort for your travel style from the beginning so the experience feels easy once you arrive.

If you’re thinking about Mexico, I’d be happy to help you sort through the options. Link to connect is in the comments below.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned over the years is that great trips aren’t about going where everyone else is going. They’re about choosing what actually fits you.
That’s why I think of my role as a Travel Matchmaker.

Some travelers thrive in culture-rich European cities.
Some want the ease and immersion of river cruising.
Some are happiest somewhere warm and relaxed, where everything just feels simple once you arrive.

This carousel is a look at a few of the destinations and styles of travel I know best and book most often. Not because they’re popular, but because they consistently create the kind of experiences my clients are looking for when they’re planned thoughtfully.

If one of these feels like it could be your next trip, or if you’re not quite sure yet and just want help sorting through options, I’m always happy to talk it through.
I’ll share the planning link in the comments below.

Planning a trip to Europe usually starts with excitement. But once you start trying to connect all the pieces, it can quickly turn into something that feels overwhelming instead of inspiring. Where to go, how long to stay in each place, how to manage transportation, and how to make it all flow together in a way that actually feels enjoyable. I see this often with travelers who really want the experience, but don’t want the stress that comes with planning it all on their own.

That’s one of the reasons I’ve become such a big fan of river cruising. It naturally removes a lot of the logistics that tend to create stress while still allowing you to experience multiple destinations in a meaningful way. The pace feels more settled, the experience feels more connected, and the travel itself becomes part of the enjoyment instead of something you’re constantly managing. I recently shared more of my thoughts on this in my latest blog and why river cruising feels so different compared to other ways of seeing Europe.

If you’ve been thinking about Europe or wondering if this style of travel might be a better fit for how you like to travel, I think you’ll find it helpful. Link to read the full blog is in the comments below and if you want help exploring options, I’m always happy to walk through it with you.

One of the most common things I hear is, “I want to cruise, but I’m not sure what kind is right for me.” And that’s a very normal place to start. There are so many different cruise styles now that it can feel like you need to already understand everything before making a decision. What often creates the most confusion is that each type of cruise offers a very different experience once you’re actually onboard.

Ocean cruises are larger and offer more entertainment and variety. River cruises are more intimate and focused on the destinations you’re moving through. Small ship cruises feel more boutique and immersive with a slower, more personal pace.
The key isn’t choosing the “best” one, it’s choosing the one that fits how you want to feel while you travel.

If you’re exploring cruising and want help narrowing it down, I’d be happy to walk through it with you. Link to connect is in the comments below.

I’m excited to officially share my December group river cruise through the Bordeaux region of France.
This is one of those experiences that feels especially meaningful during the holiday season. The villages along the Dordogne and Garonne Rivers are beautifully decorated, the pace is slower, and the atmosphere feels warm, festive, and incredibly inviting without being overwhelming.

We’ll be sailing through Bordeaux and surrounding towns like Libourne, Blaye, Pauillac, and Cadillac. Each stop offers its own blend of history, wine culture, and seasonal charm, all connected by a relaxed river cruising experience that allows you to unpack once and simply enjoy the journey.
What makes this style of travel so special is how seamless it feels. You’re not managing hotels, transfers, or logistics at every stop. Instead, the itinerary flows with you, giving you more space to actually experience each destination.

A few important details for anyone considering joining:
Pricing is per person, based on double occupancy, and is subject to change. Current group space includes land-only pricing with a Triple Savings promotion, along with a $100 onboard credit per person.

If a holiday experience in France has ever been on your list, this is a beautiful way to do it in a way that feels relaxed, immersive, and well-supported.

A lot of people think fall and winter travel planning can wait.
Until it can’t.
This is usually when I see things start to feel stressful. Limited availability, fewer flight options, and having to adjust expectations because the best-fit choices are already gone.

The truth is, the trips that feel the most seamless are planned early. Especially for fall and winter 2026 travel. Starting now gives you space to think clearly, explore options, and design something that actually fits your life instead of rushing decisions later. What you really need at this stage isn’t booking everything. It’s direction. A plan that makes the process feel manageable instead of overwhelming.

My role is to help you sort through the noise, narrow things down, and match you with experiences that feel right for you. When we plan ahead, everything else flows more smoothly.
If a fall or winter trip has been sitting in the back of your mind, this is your sign to start the conversation.

Happy to map this out with you when the timing is right. Link in the comments below. The right planning now leads to a trip that feels effortless later.
