July 8th weekend up day. Still have a few RSVP opening for this weekend at Buffalo Bayou Park venue. We still take walk ups as best as possible but easier to know we have rentals if you call and pre-pay before you come out. The weather forecast has been a little unstable to say the least. 4th of July weekend update: Bayou City Adventures will NOT be renting kayaks are canoes in Buffalo Bayou Park this weekend. A lot of the roads and parking in the area will be blocked off starting today for the fireworks display Tuesday. Our office and phones will be open for RSVPs. Have a fun but safe weekend.

Jun 26th update: Shuttle is back but very limited spaces for weekend only. Our pre-pay RSVP for Buffalo Bayou Park rentals has been very successful and works well for both our customers and employees. No more disappointment that all our fleet is out rented when you just walk up. Just call (713)-538-7433 from 8 to 6, 7 days a week for latest updates and pre-pay RSVP for your paddling needs. This works very well for big groups. Our pre-paid RSVPs are already filling up July.

Weekend update: Weather is going to be unbelievable. Both Buffalo Bayou Park and Discovery Green venues will be open this weekend. We still have a few openings for Saturday and Sunday at BBP. Sunday June 4th update: Come out early while the weather is nice. We will only open at Buffalo Bayou Park for kayak rentals but a very close eye on the weather. Please call/text before coming to the park to rent for up to the minute status. We are only setting up a small table and chair near the launch under Sabine Street bridge so we can pack up and leave quickly. But from 10:00 AM to about 1PM it is perfect weather to paddle!
