Our last 4 days, we have been on Safari at Kruger National Park in S Africa, Victoria Falls in Zambia/Zimbabwe and arrived today Botswana.
We have seen some amazing animals and enjoyed hanging off the edge of the earth at Devils Pool!

Our first few days of “Experience South Africa“ tour is off to a great start!

 We have spent four days in Cape Town, enjoying Table Mountain, Bo Kaap, Kristenbosch Botanical Gardens, Stellenbosch, and the southernmost part of the continent at Cape of Good Hope.
We also rode Segway‘s through w**e country vineyards.
Tomorrow we fly to Kruger to begin our safari!

Each day is unique with amazing sites - just one day includes:

🧀 Visiting Gouda, the ‘City of Cheese’, and stroll the famous cheese market. We will learn about the centuries old tradition of cheese making and enjoy some tasty samples.

🥞 We will also visit the factory of the famous Dutch Stroopwafle and enjoy a waffle baking and tasting workshop.

👨‍🎨 After lunch and free time, we will continue to Leiden, a picturesque historic city in South Holland known for
its oldest university in the Netherlands (1575), scenic canals,
and as the birthplace of Rembrandt.

⛵ Leiden is also home to the American Pilgrim Museum which is dedicated to the Pilgrim Fathers who fled England in 1620 and stayed in Leiden for 11 years before departing for the New World.

One of the many exciting places we will visit on the "Grand European Spring!" tour is the home of Corrie Ten Boom located in Haarlem (Amsterdam suburb).

Corrie ten Boom was a Dutch Christian watchmaker who, along with her family, risked her life to hide hundreds of Jews from the N***s during World War II.
Arrested and sent to the Ravensbrück concentration camp, she survived to write the best-selling book "The Hiding Place" and spent her later years traveling the world as an inspirational speaker on forgiveness and faith.
