There is a gently tiered walkway from the house to the dock. Happy Ours offers 3200 square feet of living space. Trane brand air conditioning, Kinetico brand water treatment system. WIFI, HD Antenna reception of all networks and a dozen other stations. Main level includes:

Master bedroom - king bed, large walk in closet (great for a pack and play) and a private bath. Master also offers access to upper deck. Queen bedroom and full bedroom that share a full bathroom. Large living area with lots of seating and floor to ceiling windows/doors that provide spectacular lake views. Living area seats 8 and includes a 42' LCD HDTV with BlueRay/DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your vacation: microwave, 2 coffee makers, toaster and toaster oven, blender, dishes, glassware, bakeware and much much more! Kitchen also includes a large pantry for food storage. Indoor dining room seats 8 and eat in kitchen seats 4. Outdoor table seats 6.

Recreation room with custom bar area, large sectional, 46 inch LCD HDTV with BlueRay/DVD player and Wii system with games, board games and puzzles. Bar has 4 stools, accent lighting, a mini fridge and sink. A highlight of Happy Oars! Large bunk room with 2 twin over full bunks sleeping 6 children. Built in window seat and cabinets make for a great place to store all of your kid accessories. Your kids will LOVE this room. King bedroom with walk out access to lower level decks. Full bathroom. Unfinished basement area with washer and dryer and lines to hang your wet clothes and towels. Exterior clothes line too. Located in the Craddock Creek area, it is close to the Dam and this means deeper, clearer, cleaner water. There are plenty of marinas close by for waterfront dining and boat rentals. Huddleston is a little removed from the Halesford Bridge hustle and bustle, but it's an easy car trip if you want to take in some mini golf. When will your Happy Oar begin?
