NO LIFEGUARDS, maintenance only
May 6th - Sept 30th
10am-8pm Daily
Same fob works both pool.

Further updates on Old Vermillion pool next week, bathroom remodel wrapping up.

Playground sand and mulch on order to be installed in approximately 2 weeks at the Old Vermillion pool playground.

Spring flowers to be installed 5/11 at entrances, square, pools

Old Vermillion pool updates underway.

New doors, lighting, partitions, plumbing, sinks, toilets, fresh paint, exterior tile wall, replacement of rotted wood, etc., all scheduled to be ready for pool opening next month.

**Help Needed This Sunday**

The balance of our pool furniture for the 2nd pool that opened last year is coming in this coming Sunday! In route from FL….

Looking for a a couple volunteers to help off load.

18 total pallets
30-35 loungers
6 tables

Pool #2 slated to open 5/1, no guards, maintenance only under the management of Acqua Tech that the HOA has contracted with after firing the last company.

Issues again with lights at entrances - when it rains outlets trip. Electrician called to diagnose and see if we can set up dedicated GFI / something waterproof for lights. They will be here Monday. HOA will work to reset GFIs in the meantime

Bad outlet / GFI Warfield entrance, holiday lights should be back up shortly, workorder placed with management company.

The HOA is considering a full gut & remodel of both the men’s and women’s restrooms this off season at the pool on Old Vermillion.These are the original design and are 12 + years old. If you are LICENSED and INSURED (General Contractor, etc) and wish to provide a design and bid on the project please send an email to [email protected] with your contact information.

Regarding recent construction traffic update from Bowman Development:

We will notify trucks about speeding. Residents should call HPD about speeding as these are public roads. The town has shut down part of Huntersville Concord Rd which doesn’t allow us to haul down Holbrooks Rd and through downtown therefore we have to haul inside the neighborhood. The trucks are taking dirt from one Vermillion site to another. Once Huntersville Concord Rd is back open traffic should minimize within Vermillion.
