Miller Aviation is currently seeking Cessna 310R pilots for our on-demand Part 135 charter operation.

We are a stable operation that has been in business for over 30 years. As an on-demand charter company, our missions very from executive passenger charter to airline AOG flights to organ delivery to unscheduled freight runs. Most of our trips are on short notice, where the pilot launches within an hour of booking. Every trip is unique and the aircraft are well equiped and maintained.

Our Cessna 310s are known ice equipped, have fully coupled autopilots, Garmin WAAS GPSs, good paint/interior, and factory or RAM engines. Expect 8 on / 6 off schedule or equevalent.

Pay will start with a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience. Pilots also earn an additional night time premium for any trip going past midnight. Pilots can also make additional money if desired for taking flights during their off period. A typical pilot will fly 400-500 hours per year and spend less than 15 nights away from home annually. After 90 days, pilots will receive 8 hard days vacation and 8 flex days, Simple IRA with 3% match, and monthly bonus for health care expenses. Annual retention bonuses starting after the first year.

Miller Aviation is currently seeking an additional Part 135 charter pilot for our Cessna 310R aircraft. We are a stable operation that has been in business for over 30 years. As an on-demand charter company, our missions very from executive passenger charter to airline AOG flights to organ delivery to unscheduled freight runs. Most of our trips are on a short-notice basis, where the pilot launches within 45 min of booking. There will be an on-call period with hard days off. Every trip is unique and we fly very well maintained aircraft. We have a full maintenance shop at our base that keeps our aircraft in top shape at all times. Both 310s are known ice, have fully coupled autopilots, Garmin WAAS GPSs, good paint/interior, factory or RAM engines, and maintained with high standard. Expect 4.5 days on, 2.5 days off or 8 on / 6 off. Schedule will be determined at time of hiring and pilot input will be considered. Pay will be a base salary plus additional pay per flight including a night time premium (based on experience). Pilots can make additonal money if taking a flight during an off period. A qualified pilot will easily make $60,000-$80,000 the first year. 2 weeks of vacation earned after 6 months. Simple IRA with 3% match. Monthly bonus for health care expenses.

Sign-on bonus avialable for qualified pilots willing to sign a 2 year contract. Once a pilot is trained and on-line, all new hires will need to sign a 1 year contract for training expense reimbursement should they quit before that time.

Miller Aviation LLC is looking for a qualified and dependable charter captain to join our team. Miller Aviation has been in business for over 30 years and is now based at the Huntington Municipal Airport (HHG) in Indiana.

Pilots would be required to relocate within a 30 minute commute of Huntington, IN. A lot of our work is on-demand cargo and we also have several passenger trips a month. We fly during the day, at night, on the weekends, around thunderstorms, in IMC, and in Great Lakes winter conditions. If you are not qualified and comfortable in this environment, please do not apply.

The aircraft is a Cessna 310R with FIKI, Garmin 430W, G500 PFD, Stec 55x AP, 345 transponder, XM Datalink, Radar, Ipads, new factory engines, and on a fantastic maintenance program. Currently, we only have the one airplane but we are expecting delivery on another 310 soon.

The schedule would be a set number of days on call and a set number of off days. I.e. 14 On / 7 off, 5 on / 2 off, etc. (TBD)

Overtime rate paid if the pilot wants to take a trip during the off periods.

Pay will be a base salary, then paid additionally each trip. Pilots can easily make $60K+ per year if they are willing to fly 2-3 trips per week. Simple IRA will be available with match. We also offer a heavily discounted rate on our Piper Archer.

Beautiful trip today. Indianapolis, IN -Concord, NC 1:50 flight time. Our customers left northwest Indy at 9:30am, had a 4 hour meeting in NC, and were back home before dinner!
