Shipwreck House: Season 2, Captain’s Quarters episode 4 & Crew Quarters episodesde 6. This is our sixth season of hosting. We have revised and enhanced the many details of our listings numerous times as we upgrade our offerings or learn from our guests. Still, it is impossible to know what any one individual may conclude or assume or prioritize, especially without their communication. As a traveler, if an amenity or activity is vital to your trip, it is imperative that you communicate that to your host Our approach with guests is a five star rating, unless there is significant, blatant disregard or destructive. There are opportunities to provide direct feedback or other concerns and we opt to take that route to attempt to enlighten guests about the impact of their actions or lacktheteof from a hosts’ perspective. We appreciate when guests use that same approach whth us Most of the public beaches in Ohio do not permit dogs. Our private beach does not permit dogs. When past guests have expressed that they are seeking a beach experience for their dogs, we direct them to Nickel Plate beach in Huron, 10 minutes from our properties. Have we adapted from this guest’s feedback? Of course. We have hosted dozens of canine guests so far, and prior to this guest, none have been shocked or dismayed that our community’s private beach does not allow dogs. On to the next experience.
