Comfortable 1400 square foot Hyannis home w/ 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms only a short 1/2 mile walk to lovely Sea Street beach. It is completely updated with new appliances, HD TV w/ premium cable, wireless internet access and plenty of room to relax between two cul-de-sacs in the middle of everything Hyannis has to offer. Other
great beaches like Veteran’s and Kalmus are within walking distance, but you can also load up the car and take the beach pass to any Barnstable beach. After the beach, you can take another short walk to the heart of Main Street Hyannis for shopping, fine & casual dining, fun activities for kids and night life. You’re also welcome to fire up
the new gas grill and relax outside on the deck.You can save some space on the drive to Hyannis as we provide the following for your convenience: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, games, an assortment of DVDs, an extensive library and toys for your little
ones. A pack n play and high chair are also available.

Cost -> June &September $1,100 per week. July and August -> $1450 per week.
