Join us Saturday, October 3rd, from 6 to 9 PM at the ranch for the return of our legendary Hye Steaks Cookout a celebration of bourbon, beef, and big Texas flavor.

In proud partnership with Nolan Ryan Beef, Bucker Creek Ranch, Wagyu X, and Key Allegro Oysters, we’re firing up the grills foranother unforgettable evening of fine Texas steaks, handcrafted bourbon cocktails, exceptional pairings, and one hell of a good time. All proceeds benefit the Texas Restaurant Foundation.

This year's experience features eight action stations, where you'll enjoy small bites crafted by some of Texas' top chefs, each thoughtfully paired with a signature Garrison Brothers bourbon cocktail. Between bites, stop by our new Cigar Corral, where Bariay 1492 will be hosting a cigar lounge with premium ci**rs available for purchase. Guests will also be included in a special barrel tasting experience with Garrison Brothers Master Distiller Donnis Todd.
