2023 has been a wild year and just when you thought we couldn't get crazier we decided to open a 3rd hotel! Say hello to the newest addition to avid hotels and our first hotel in Billings, Montana! We would like to announce the opening of our newest hotel the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Meridian - Boise West, an IHG Hotel

Our General Manager, Brooke, and her team have done an amazing job getting this beautiful 91 room hotel operational!

Congrats Elena!

Elena is one of our wonderful housekeepers, she was voted Employee of the Month by her peers and guest reviews, and won Inntrusted's Employee of the month as well!
Elena has become a bright spot on our team and has a smile for everyone she passes.
Guests have left comments about the cleanliness of her rooms upon arrival. If she finishes her board with time to spare, she can be found assisting in laundry to help make sure that everything is completed for the next day.
We are so happy and lucky to have Elena on our team.

One of our Shinning Stars this month! Congrats to Mandy from our Holiday Inn & Suites Idaho Falls

We are so excited to announce that our very own Mandy Buttars was selected as one of the Employees of the Month for May.

Here is how we feel about Mandy!!

Mandy Buttars joined our team on 6/18/21 and we have never felt so lucky! Mandy is always full of happy energy and shows it to everyone she sees! Our guests fall in love with her and make sure to let us know as often as possible! Her name is mentioned the most in our Heartbeat surveys and Reviews!
We all agree with everyone what is said about her!! When Mandy arrives for her shift, she journeys through the entire property to say hello and something kind to everyone working as well as the guests she may encounter

Mandy has won Rock Star of the Month twice in her 11 months on the team! She is nominated multiple times throughout the month by many members of the team! She is a leader and a true team player! She has worked in housekeeping over the summer months after an 8 hour FD shift with a smile on her face and leap in her step!
She has worked banquets and events and is willing to learn and do anything that makes our hotel great!
Mandy is a number one supporter to her FOM, General Manager, all Dept. Heads, and the entire team. If you ask her to do any project, she enthusiastically accepts! She keeps the Front Office organized and engaging by posting team goals, Heartbeat scores, reviews, and other fun happenings currently taking place!

Mandy absolutely deserves the honor of Rock Star of the Month for JHJ as well as Inntrusted!!! She is an incredible asset to our guests and company with many years ahead to blossom and Shine!
