It's time for me to move on. I'm ready to retire, and have decided to sell our vessel.
Cindi and I sold the Maiden Heaven today, August 7, 2024.
I will be helping the new owner move her to Portland Oregon tomorrow.
It has been a privilege taking so many people out for a boat ride. We hope that everyone had a pleasant and enjoyable trip with us.
I spent about 50 years in the U.S. Merchant Marine. I loved my career, but I always had one regret, not being able to share the wonderful beauty that I saw each day with my family and friends.
SkyWater Boat Tours was my way of sharing the wonders and beauty that you can only experience from the deck of a vessel.
Lastly, it has been a privilege and honor to be able to provide Burial At Sea for dozens of families. It's such a special and intimate moment for the loved ones to render one last service to their departed family member.
