And include United States Merchant Marine. There are no 7-Eleven gas stations to refuel ships with diesel, bunker C and jet fuel, Safeway stores to replenish ships stores to feed 3000 sailors per day ….
No ships at sea full of ammunition, rockets and bombs, waiting to replenish whatever the Navy and other armed forces are in need of.
All merchant ships are without armament except for the 45 caliber 1911 the Master has in the safe.  I have been there. There is no Naval flotilla protecting them now or ever on their way to support the fighting forces.  Please think of the Merchant Fleet that has been there from World War II to present.
