Thought I would belatedly post my adventures of a couple weeks ago in Kansas City! I knew nothing about Kansas City, and never really planned to visit there, but had such a great time! A beautiful place with lots of friendly people and great BBQ and tons of music everywhere! Would definitely go again if for some reason Rome was offline! Hahaha...

One more highly recommended restaurant, near Pigalle... my friend in Corvallis recommended this restaurant to me, she said her friend owns it. I'm not 100% sure about that, but the waiter at the restaurant did confirm an American owns this restaurant, and is involved with the one in New York City too. Amazing food, very interesting items made with locally-sourced ingredients on the menu! Try it!
