FIND OUT WHY CONDO 3B IS DIFFERENT. Please go to photos and check out the albums "Kate and Dan's Sandcastle" and "Amenities" to see all that we have to offer!

Kitchen has both a Keurig and a Cuisinart coffee maker, steam kettle, electric griddle, instant pot, slow cooker, electric grill, trivets, electric can opener, full spice rack, two wine openers, pizza cutter and every utensil you could need; including for the BBQ grills outside. Also, a full knife set and cutting board. a brand new set of Cuisinart cookware, three sets of place-mats, a (junk) drawer with a lighter, matches, tape, scissors, flashlight, pen and paper. There are even birthday candles if you are celebrating a special event!
We have dishwasher soap, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and dryer sheets for you.
Each bath has it's own hairdryer, and both walk-in closets have plenty of hangers, a hamper and full-length mirror. Plenty of USB ports in both bedrooms to charge your devices.
There is a sound bar on the TV which is also blue-tooth or wire compatible with any device.
Lots of games, puzzles, crayons and coloring books.

The Grande Villa pools are open!!! Following the governors guidelines for phase 2, occupancy will be limited and groups of chairs will be placed 6 feet apart. The pool will close twice a day for the entire area to be sanitized. The no worries linen program has been instituted for our condo and the whole place will be sanitized for your use.

A Covid update for our future guests.
Steps are being taken here for the safety of the owners and visitors. Grande Villas have hired people who sanitize our elevators, handrails and all common areas twice daily.
Emerald Isle Realty is taking extensive measures to ensure the cleanliness of each condo between guest stays:
All glasses and silverware will be run through the dishwasher on sanitize between each guest.
Our bedspreads, throw pillows etc. will be bagged up. They will be supplying white bedspreads that will be changed out each week along with sheets and towels.
Housekeepers are going through special training and will be wearing PPE. They will be using CDC recommended cleaning agents.
Check out time will now be 9am and checkin will be 5:00 to give them time to throughly sanitize. Guests will be sent a text when the condo is ready.

The pool and gym are currently closed. But the beaches are open and lounge chairs and umbrellas are out.
And the ocean is refreshing and the views divine!
