Kristin was a FABULOUS host! She made my guests very comfortable and welcomed. I had to send some guys out to do some work from the damage caused by the hurricanes and she was more than happy to assist. I 100% recommend her :)

Fabulous place to stay. Pristine, spacious and well equipped. Freshly decorated and updated which was a great plus for us.

The outside area was also was pristine, manicured with a great pool area.

It was incredible how the complex was cleaned up so soon after hurricane Milton eg 3 weeks prior.

All the people we met by the pool were repeaters over many years, so I think that says it all!

Kristin, was brilliant to deal with. Quick communication and very helpful.

Thank you for a great couple of weeks.

We have a 1/1 furnished Intracoastal Waterfront condo Indian Shores with no hurricane damage and community swimming pool is open; available for immediate occupancy (elevator currently down) for contractors building back our community or if a couple (no pets) needs lodging OR if the rental you had booked canceled on you due to storm damage! Restaurants open nearby - Support Local Businesses!

🏔️ Debris & Sand Clearing - the Sea Club Community & the Intracoastal Community made significant progress to clear sand & debris from Hurricane Helene. 🌪️

The Sea Club Community is Open For Business, 19725 Gulf Blvd. - if you are a local resident that lives in a hard hit area and needs a place to stay for 2 to 6 weeks, we have lodging available while you make repairs to your home. This community is about 85% cleaned up and can be your temporary home as you make repairs! Please reach out - we have 1 and 2 bedrooms available. 🌴
