Come relax at the beach! We are 14 nostalgic, clean, affordable vacation cottages and are just across the street from the beach with easy access.

Cottages are comfortably furnished and have a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom(s) and most have a porch for eating or relaxing on. We include electricity, cooking supplies, towels, linens, cable television and wireless internet. There is a laundry room on the property. Walk to restaurants, shops, bicycle, boat & fishing rentals. Hi All, As you know Sunshine Cozy Cottages was hit by the 2 hurricanes (Helene & Milton). We miss our regular & future Guests this year. I had many called to find availability to visit South Florida & enjoy the warm weather. I have a friend who has 2 mobile homes for sale designed for 55+. These homes are perfect if you plan on moving to Florida to retire or live. It's also fantastic if you need a temporary home for the winter especially if you visit South Florida & vacation for a few months at a time. These homes are situated close to beaches, malls, parks etc... These are one of the nicest 5 star parks on the west coast.
