Headed to Disney World and want to hit the parks on day one without stopping at your resort to drop luggage first? ✈️
Disney has an Airport Luggage Transfer service, a pilot program through BagCheck, that lets you skip baggage claim at Orlando International Airport and go straight to the parks. Your bags catch up with you at your resort, usually within about 4 hours 🧳
Here is how it works. You register 30 days to 24 hours before your flight using your resort confirmation number and your flight confirmation number, check in with your airline as usual, and drop your bags with your airline at your home airport.
It is only for domestic flights, and it only works at these 9 resorts:
1. All-Star Movies
2. All-Star Music
3. All-Star Sports
4. Art of Animation
5. Caribbean Beach
6. Coronado Springs Resort and Gran Destino Tower
7. Pop Century
8. Port Orleans French Quarter
9. Port Orleans Riverside
And only on these 4 airlines:
1. American
2. JetBlue
3. Southwest
4. United
There is no service fee listed, but your airline baggage fees still apply.
