When your clients have a weekend travel emergency that you do not even know about… but the OWNER of the transportation company calls you to alert you someone missed a flight and was a no-show for their private car. What’s the game plan?

Found the client. Re-confirmed travel/pick-ups. Went to bed with fingers crossed. Woke up with clients on their scheduled tour and rest of family arrived at hotel.

The hotel has rolled out the “red flowers” for a special anniversary.

Having solid relationships with right companies helps my clients get the service they deserve when they travel.
