I just completed an Alaska cruise onboard the Emerald Princess. The Emerald Princess, which entered service in 2007, shows its age in some areas. However, as they say, "A ship is just steel and is nothing without its crew." The crew on the Emerald Princess was top-notch, and several crew members made my cruise truly enjoyable.

Ivan Theron, the Future Cruise & Loyalty Specialist, always went the extra mile, and I regret not getting a photo of him. Other crew members who stood out included:

- Deryck, my steward, who was located near cabin 10308 on deck 10. If you're on the Emerald, you'll be lucky to have him.
- Judy, who was much more than just a server; she always greeted us with a smile.
- Dennis and Stephanie, the ship's photographers, were a delight to know.
- Michael, one of the best mixologist on board.

Overall, the crew made the experience unforgettable!

I had the opportunity to attend a "Seminar at Sea (SAS)" aboard the Emerald Princess during an Alaska cruise. Our hosts, Mark Costa and Joel Danyluk, did an excellent job. The SAS program offers a valuable opportunity for Princess to keep travel advisors informed and up to date. Additionally, we have the chance to meet and converse with advisors from various regions, which is a priceless aspect of networking. All of which makes us better at serving you.
