From the Voyageurs National Park entrance to the Rainy Lake Visitor Center, this 1.75-mile stretch of the Rainy Lake Recreation Trail is the pertect place to get outside and enjoy the scenery. It also connects to a larger trail system that extends beyond the park.

Save the date! Star Party at the Rainy Lake Visitor Center is September 11.

Spend two unforgettable nights under some of the darkest skies in the country at the sixth annual Voyageurs National Park Star Party, September 11-12.

From telescope viewing and guided constellation tours to nighttime canoe paddles, ranger programs, live music, and hands-on activities, this free event is the perfect way to experience one of America's premier dark sky destinations.
