Do it for the kids and the local farms! Thanks for all you do Field to Family
At Field to Family, we believe that access to local food at a young age is fundamental to helping the next generation grow. During the 2024-2025 school year, more that 415 students got to not only learn about local food and agriculture, but tried over 24 different types of food from 13 producers. This year, we need your help to continue getting local food into the hands of kids around Johnson County. During the next two online markets, you can purchase either a seasonal bundle for an early care and education site (one box a month for three months for $75) or sponsor the entire year for a classroom (one box a month for nine months for $225). Each box has enough local food for 10 to 15 students to try local food, learn about food’s role in our lives, and different agricultural practices, all following a community food system curriculum.
