Today is International Day of Charity, and we’re taking a moment to say THANK YOU. ❤️

Since 1936, this place has been part of the Iowa Falls community — a place where people have gathered, celebrated, shared meals, made memories, and enjoyed time together.

And since 1993, the Scenic City Empress has been part of that story, carrying that tradition onto the river.

Through the years, so many people have helped to keep us afloat — volunteers who give their time, supporters who believe in what we do, guests who choose to spend their special moments with us, local businesses and organizations who lend their support, and everyone who shares a post, tells a friend, or simply cheers us on.

Every bit of support matters.

You help us preserve a special part of our community while giving us the opportunity to create new memories for generations to come.

So today, on International Day of Charity, we simply want to say:

Thank you for believing in the Empress.
Thank you for supporting the Boat Club and the Empress.
And thank you for being part of our story. ❤️
