Fall Special.
Tips:
1. Increase Water intake to 90oz per day, for 72 hrs prior to session. This clears up the amniotic fluid, to allow for clear images.
2. Eat 2 hours prior to session, or have a light snack. Meals make babies tired like it does us.
3. Bring a slurpee, Cold Juice, or Ice Water to session, don’t drink until you enter the office. This usually helps wake baby up for your session.
4. Book session for 29 weeks if possible, we want you to try to make it before 34 weeks, before baby starts to run out of room.
