In the fall, the foliage offers spectacular scenery for outdoor enthusiasts. In the winter, there are snowmobile races on Island Pond Lake. One of the town's major annual events is the Fourth of July celebration featuring a parade, music in the park, arts and crafts, vendors, games, fireworks and more.

We are very happy to report that the Boil Water Order has been lifted!! We do ask that you continue to follow the conservation order until we get the south reservoir back online. Thank you all so much for your patience while we made it through this difficult process.

‼️ATTENTION‼️ BOIL NOTICE. To prevent urgent shortages and potential damage to our system, we are reopening the South Plant with partially-treated water. Bring water to a full rolling boil for at least one minute and let cool completely before using.
