“Very lovely beach house - comfortable & cozy beach feel. Great location close to beach and very quiet neighborhood. Rod & Alice were very responsive whenever I contacted them. Well stocked kitchen with a lot of pots & pans. Also nice to have newer washer/dryer as well as a dishwasher. Plenty of beach chairs, etc. Would definitely stay there again.”

Cozy Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood on the Isle of Palms.

Come and enjoy our Southern Hospitality in this “Isle of Palms original” that will take you back to the days before Hurricane Hugo. Originally built in 1968, it is a wonderful example of what a simpler life was like on the island back before tourism, Hurricane Hugo, and the IOP Connector.

The kitchen and living spaces are open to each other. The master bedroom features a queen bed and plenty of closet/storage space, and a TV and DVD player. Attached is a full bath with a shower only. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a TV and DVD player. There is a day bed in the small laundry room area. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The full bath is in the hallway for easy access and features a beautifully refurbished antique claw foot tub . The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the living room is charming and comfortable. The added 16x20 screened outdoor porch provides lots of extra space and seating for gathering.

“Stunning home, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with large rooms that provided ample space for our family to relax and unwind. The outdoor area with large deck, many comfortable seating options, and private pool was equally impressive and well utilized by all. Alice and Rod were exceptional hosts, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, making us feel like we were staying with friends rather than renting a property. Highly recommend Sand Dollar Beach House”

The main floor’s expansive open floor plan has a gourmet kitchen with large table and island connecting to the living room and foyer. Glass doors line the rear of the home and lead to the large porch overlooking the pool perfect for morning coffee or evening dinner. The first bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom including a wheelchair accessible shower. Bedroom 2 includes two queen beds and full bath.

The top floor includes the master bedroom with a king bed, sitting area and full bath. Bedrooms 3 and 4 include king beds with attached full baths. The upstairs hall contains a bunk bed nook perfect for the kids.

The garage area has been designed for fun and entertaining. This area opens up to the private pool and includes 2 couches, a refrigerator, a ping pong table, HDTV and two table and chair areas.

Coastal Cottage Hideaway

“Loved the place! We stayed for a week and found the home clean, comfortable and inviting. The home is located just a couple blocks from the beach and a nearby park with pickleball, tennis, basketball and a playground. The kitchen had good appliances and tools for cooking which is convenient for a longer stay. I would definitely look at staying here again on a future visit to Charleston.”

This large family friendly home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths in a secluded gated community within Wild Dunes with Private Pool! This home is on the Marsh and a short walk to the beach. This marsh front retreat has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths in a secluded gated community within Wild Dunes Resort. Admire sunsets and panoramic views where the Atlantic Ocean meets Dewee’s Inlet. Relax in the private pool or rejuvenating hot tub without leaving the property. Beach access is a short stroll away.

This is a two-story spacious home with elevator and garage access. The first floor offers a generous living area, dining space, and a large HDTV. It has a screened porch/sunroom for lounging, reading, or morning coffee. The well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and a pass-through to the dining room makes morning coffee with a marsh view a delight. A king bedroom overlooking the pool and marsh with a full bath completes this level.

Upstairs, are three guest rooms. The west guest room boasts a king and queen bed and a porch sitting area with a full bath. “Really enjoyed our visit. The place was clean, spacious and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The private entrance to the beach and pier was icing on the cake. Would rent again!”

Queen bed in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living space. Small built in bunk bed will provide extra space for your little one to sleep. (Bunk not really meant for adults...) Kitchen with all essentials including dishwasher. There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included.

Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms. Convenient to shops, restaurants and the county park playground and park facilities right next door.

“We had a lovely few days at Paradise Palms! The name is fitting as this home is paradise! We had plenty of room for our family which includes two small children. The home is decorated beautifully and has everything you will need for your home away from home. Location is perfect, very close to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces specifically, the gated porch located directly off of the kitchen. The kids had fun playing out there and we enjoyed a few meals overlooking the pool. We hope to return soon!”
