“Stunning home, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with large rooms that provided ample space for our family to relax and unwind. The outdoor area with large deck, many comfortable seating options, and private pool was equally impressive and well utilized by all. Alice and Rod were exceptional hosts, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, making us feel like we were staying with friends rather than renting a property. Highly recommend! The main floor’s expansive open floor plan has a gourmet kitchen with large table and island connecting to the living room and foyer. Glass doors line the rear of the home and lead to the large porch overlooking the pool perfect for morning coffee or evening dinner. The first bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom including a wheelchair accessible shower. Bedroom 2 includes two queen beds and full bath.

The top floor includes the master bedroom with a king bed, sitting area and full bath. Bedrooms 3 and 4 include king beds with attached full baths. The upstairs hall contains a bunk bed nook perfect for the kids.

The garage area has been designed for fun and entertaining. This area opens up to the private pool and includes 2 couches, a refrigerator, a ping pong table, HDTV and two table and chair areas.

Sea turtle nesting occurs between May and August on the Isle of Palms.

Female, loggerhead turtles make it up to the dunes, deposit and bury on average 120 eggs, and then head back out to sea. As the baby sea turtles hatch, they will emerge from the nest and make their way to the ocean. The Isle of Palms Turtle Team will identify and mark nest, watch for hatching and assist them in getting to the water safely. You can contact the Turtle Team to find out where they will be during summer to watch learn and maybe even assist rescue efforts.

Carolina Classic has the right touch of traditional ambiance with a relaxing setting to make you feel right at home with friends and family. With five bedrooms and four full baths, this home is close to the beach access on 2nd and 3rd Avenues and Breach Inlet. Enjoy swimming, relaxing, fishing, dolphin watching, and yoga on the beach. Take a leisurely walk over to Breach Inlet for Low-country sunsets or dinner at The Boathouse.

Come and enjoy our Southern Hospitality in this “Isle of Palms original” that will take you back to the days before Hurricane Hugo. Originally built in 1968, it is a wonderful example of what a simpler life was like on the island back before tourism, Hurricane Hugo, and the IOP Connector. This lovely home has undergone numerous updates and additions over the years and will be a great spot for R&R! Set on a large .35 acre lot just four easy blocks to the ocean and one block from the IOP Rec Dept playground and park. This house is perfect for families.

“What a great condo! Have stayed in a few condos at IOP and this is the best option for our family of 4. Condo was clean and some local treats welcomed us upon arrival (we appreciate businesses that support local!). Plenty of clean towels for our family along with travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap. Condo was modern and furniture was comfortable. Check in was easy and feedback for check in and check out was quick. Would definitely stay here again!”

This is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath beach front Mariner’s Walk condo. Located in the private, gated Wild Dunes Resort with 2 championship golf courses and driving range. Bike rentals available with miles of biking and walking paths. Only a 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston.
