“Alice and Rod who manage the properties in Charleston are the best. The house was perfect and while we had a small issue out of their control, they did everything in their power to make the trip enjoyable. We even woke up one morning with coffee at the front door as there was bad weather the night before and they weren’t sure if we had power. If visiting the Charleston area booking via SkyRun is an absolute must and we will definitely be back.”

“We had a great stay on Isle of Palms. Alice and Rods place was lovely. Beautifully decorated, quiet location and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed sunrise walks on the beach, star gazing at night and excellent restaurants both on IOP and nearby. Even being whipped with the tail end of Helene didn’t dampen our vacation. We will definitely be back.”

This is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath beach front Mariner’s Walk condo. Located in the private, gated Wild Dunes Resort with 2 championship golf courses and driving range. Bike rentals available with miles of biking and walking paths. Only a 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston.

Cozy Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood on the Isle of Palms.

Come and enjoy our Southern Hospitality in this “Isle of Palms original” that will take you back to the days before Hurricane Hugo. Originally built in 1968, it is a wonderful example of what a simpler life was like on the island back before tourism, Hurricane Hugo, and the IOP Connector.

The kitchen and living spaces are open to each other. The master bedroom features a queen bed and plenty of closet/storage space, and a TV and DVD player. Attached is a full bath with a shower only. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a TV and DVD player. There is a day bed in the small laundry room area. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The full bath is in the hallway for easy access by everyone in your party and features a beautifully refurbished antique claw foot tub . The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the living room is charming and comfortable. The added 16x20 screened outdoor porch provides lots of extra space and seating for gathering.

“Stunning home, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with large rooms that provided ample space for our family to relax and unwind. The outdoor area with large deck, many comfortable seating options, and private pool was equally impressive and well utilized by all. Alice and Rod were exceptional hosts, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, making us feel like we were staying with friends rather than renting a property. Highly recommend! Bookings open again starting in June of 2025.

The main floor’s expansive open floor plan has a gourmet kitchen with large table and island connecting to the living room and foyer. Glass doors line the rear of the home and lead to the large porch overlooking the pool perfect for morning coffee or evening dinner. The first bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom including a wheelchair accessible shower. Bedroom 2 includes two queen beds and full bath.

The top floor includes the master bedroom with a king bed, sitting area and full bath. Bedrooms 3 and 4 include king beds with attached full baths. The upstairs hall contains a bunk bed nook perfect for the kids.

The garage area has been designed for fun and entertaining. This area opens up to the private pool and includes 2 couches, a refrigerator, a ping pong table, HDTV and two table and chair areas.

The home is located a just a couple blocks from the beach and a nearby park with pickleball, tennis, basketball and a playground. The kitchen had good appliances and tools for cooking which is convenient for a longer stay. I would definitely look at staying here again on a future visit to Charleston.”

Queen bed in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living space. Small built in bunk bed will provide extra space for your little one to sleep. (Bunk not really meant for adults...) Kitchen with all essentials including dishwasher. There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included.

“All eleven of us loved this fantastic home and found it to be an ideal place for a reunion. The home is gorgeous inside and out and is very spacious and extremely comfortable. It is just a few doors down from the beach which was ideal. The gourmet kitchen had excellent chairs to sit on whenever we rallied in the kitchen. The living room furniture and the furniture in the enclosed area by the fireplace near the pool were extremely comfortable. In fact all the seating in and outside of the home is very well selected, high end, and comfortable. All the beds were very wonderfully comfortable and had very nice bedding on them. The home is impeccably designed. The thoughtfulness and generosity of the owners is incredibly rare. Every kitchen tool, dish, and cookware you could ever need is within this kitchen. There is a generously stocked pantry for your essential needs as well. The owners have definitely dedicated themselves to taking care of anyone who rents their home. We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to stay and enjoy such a spectacular home.”

“We had a lovely few days at Paradise Palms! The name is fitting as this home is paradise! We had plenty of room for our family which includes two small children. The home is decorated beautifully and has everything you will need for your home away from home. Location is perfect, very close to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces specifically, the gated porch located directly off of the kitchen. The kids had fun playing out there and we enjoyed a few meals overlooking the pool. We hope to return soon!”
