• You provide your own linens/towels or I can provide contact information for you to rent while you are on the island.
• Cashier’s check and PayPal (with a 2.9% charge) accepted.
• Please ask for rates for longer term rentals from November 1 - March 31 (one to five month rental)
• If someone books and uses your name as a referral, I will take off $25 for each booked reservation using you as a referral! Welcome 2021 and another year at Connie's Beach Cottage! With everything going on in the world - getting away for a few days on the beautiful Isle of Palms is always a wonderful time to spend away from home!! It's perfect so you can refresh your soul! This winter I was able to share my childhood with two different families who stayed 3 and 2 months. I actually stayed 75 days last spring self hibernating! I mean come on...chance of snow in CT or beach walks and palms trees? What would you choose? Now is the time to start thinking about your time away from home in my home. Feel free to reach out to check availability. I will be posting the rates in a separate post! Connie's is in a perfect location to self hibernate. My home is at the end of a road that leads directly to the beach...just a five minute walk (or 10 if you walk slow like me)... and a short drive from so many towns that you can bring your own cooler and not even have to go to a store! But because of covid I ask that you respect the guidelines .... wear a mask, wash your hands and social distance from those not in the home with you. Unfortunately, it has touched the lives of many that I know...both being infected and passing away. Please keep safe and I hope you can come relax at the beach!

Good morning!! The beach is waiting for you - with proper precautions!! Connie's has June 28 - July 10th and July 19-24 open only at this time! All other weeks are booked till August. Feel free to text me as I will be offline for the next week and I can book you in!! Hope you can get away for some time in the sun and surf!!
