We have launched a new property for FLPS. It is large 8 bed 2 bath house on Historic Cornell campus that is separated into a lower level 4 bed 1 bath unit and an upper level 4 bed 1 bath unit. You can also rent the entire property together for those large family gatherings! This house is the closest you can get to Cornell, walking distance to Cornell, Collegetown, and many parts of Ithaca.

Visited our newest STR property today in Groton NY. It is the most beautiful Place with amazing furniture and decor. We should have some preliminary photos to show in a few weeks.
This property has the most amazing outside space as well and will be available for small events! 💯🎉👍

New day: 5 more door handles for a new duplex property. For our STRs we only use schlage encode locks but for LTRs or owner occupied homes we sometimes use schlage locks that are non-wifi accessible.
