Do you need a quiet peaceful weekend away? Jim’s Place at EASTPORT on Pickwick Lake will provide that for you. There is a three night minimum, so pick your best three nights and you can do business direct with Jim. There is no need to pay a higher rate to VRBO or Airbnb because Jim can take your credit card and make a reservation for you over the phone. No special fees involved, your rate for three nights is $1,575.00. The cabin has two bedrooms each with a private bath and a separate bunk room that can sleep three people.

This is the view you see sitting on the deck in front of Jim’s Place looking at Bear Creek as it enters the Tennessee River on Pickwick Lake at Eastport. It is a magical view and will put you in the most relaxed mood you can imagine. You can rent a weekend or any days of the week at Jim’s Place and enjoy this view yourself. My rates are $295 per night with a two night minimum plus a $100 cleanup fee but after October 15th, my off-season rates are only $195 per night with the same minimum two night stay and $100 cleanup fee. Sorry for the fuzzy photo, but it shows the Eastport Marina back in the cove and the Tennessee River across the top of the photo with Bear Creek stretching away to the south. That little bit of water in the upper right side of the photo is at Waterloo, AL. You leave the river go under the highway bridge and enter that large lake area. Jim’s Place is on the point with a view down Bear Creek. This area is considered the end of Pickwick Lake as Pickwick Dam is 18 miles down river to yhr west, left hand side of this Ariel photo. The Mill Creek Marina is about six miles south down Bear Creek. Jim’s Place is under the Blue Dot on the map.
