May 2025 Steal! Give your College Kid Their Own Room!

Virgin's Celebration Voyages are celebrations of all things Virgin, with execs and other representatives from several of the Virgin Brands being present. All three of last year's Celebration Voyages included appearances by Sir Richard Branson and Boy George.

The first of 2025's celebration voyages sails from Miami, May 4-9 aboard Scarlet Lady. Sail as a single in an unobstructed Sea Terrace (balcony) for $1425 and get $100 of Bar Tab and $150 of onboard credit per stateroom, along with the usual complimentary gratuities and wifi. Or sail as a double with the same perks for only $2452.

For my money, couples should get side by side Sea Terraces for $2850 in total and open the divider on the balcony! Janice and I have done that before, stayed in one stateroom and enjoyed the extra space and perks provided by the other!

Last week, while Janice and I were on a Transatlantic Voyage aboard Virgin Voyages' Scarlet Lady, Kendall took part in a 3-night Preview Cruise aboard the Disney Treasure. On Saturday, our family of four boards the Disney Treasure for her 7-night Maiden Voyage.
