Good Afternoon Travelers, I took this weekend to do some accessing about upcoming trips and future trips and wanted to answer some frequent questions. Due to the newness of the club, please allow some modifications as we get things together. I first wanted to answer the questions that I have received and concerns about the club and other travelers. I used this weekend to make some drastic changes since I want everyone to enjoy this opportunity but not feel overwhelmed in anyway.
🚨Question: “I don’t feel comfortable traveling with folks I don’t know. I rather have only people I know on the trip.
Answer: “Completely understandable and I have considered that many people are more comfortable with people they know than to have a bunch of strangers. With that being said, I am changing the arrangements on how the group will work. For those just seeking travel whether it be for you and your girlfriends, a romantic couple trip, solo trip, or just family vacation, I will accommodate you in getting the best deal. This will include airfare(or other transportation), hotel or Airbnb accommodations, and list of events and attractions in that area. I will book, arrange and lock everything in so you don’t have to to make the process easy. I will charge a small fee for the processing ONLY when you need me to book a trip for you.
🚨Question: “I really only want to travel with you since we are buddies and it would be great. Can we set up a trip together or does it have to be in a group.
Answer: “Yes, you sure can. Everyone in the club are friends with me and I am the lucky one to know you all! If you prefer to have a trip with me, I can arrange everything and there will be NO fee since I am traveling with you but that is only limited to myself and one other person. I do have selected travelers that I have traveled with before and they are the exception to the limit amount of travelers and that are waived the fee when we all travel together. I can’t make every trip due to schedules, but I will try to make most since I love to travel and I want to be a tour guide to places I might have visited before to help you through the country.
🚨Question: “Will there be a membership fee applied?”
Answer: “No, I’m doing away with the fee because you may not travel that year and I rather you use that fee money for planning your next trip. Only fee applies is when I book your trip from start to finish for you. To keep the price low, the fee per person to book is $100 per person. I’m not trying to break the bank or break pockets because I want you to enjoy the experience of traveling. I use to be a travel agent and booking fast and getting things locked in is second nature, so the fee goes to the service.
🚨Question: “Can I bring anybody to join me on my trip that isn’t necessarily part of the club?”
Answer: “Yes, you can. Only rule is that that they like and follow the page so they can see upcoming trips that I will place out there for people to book.
🚨Question: “The price of the trips you post covers what?”
Answer:” The price covers the exact cost of the flight and accommodations only. I will include any airport shuttle information that is available and if paid taxi service is needed to get to the hotel, I will include that in the price with a note of the service. No extra fees will be added to the price. The only fee to me will be the $100.00 per person for booking and locking everything in.
🚨Question:” Can you reserve restaurant reservations, entertainment, and event booking too?”
Answer:” Yes, I sure can. If you want me to add those extra services to your trip, I can do that for you for a small additional fee due to availability of reservations at the restaurant, selecting other choice options if not available and research to find the best event tickets and times.
