Effective January 18, 2026, Koko’s Vacation & Travel will be implementing a $75 Research & Planning Fee for all new trip inquiries.

This fee applies to every type of trip, including:

Vacations

Baecations

Solocations

Family Vacations

Cruises

All-inclusive resorts

Group travel

Why this fee is necessary:

Planning a trip takes time, expertise, and professional resources. When you contact Koko’s Vacation & Travel, you are not just getting a price — you are receiving:

✔ Personalized research
✔ Expert itinerary design
✔ Cruise and resort comparisons
✔ Booking strategy and travel advice
✔ Ongoing support before, during, and after your trip

Unfortunately, some people request detailed quotes and itineraries only to book elsewhere. This takes valuable time away from clients who are truly ready to move forward.

Important to Know:

The $75 research fee is required before any quotes or itineraries are provided

This fee is non-refundable

The fee will be applied toward your final booking when you book with Koko’s Vacation & Travel

If you are serious about your next trip, I am excited to work with you and create an unforgettable travel experience.
If you are only looking to shop prices, Koko’s Vacation & Travel may not be the best fit — and that’s okay.
