On this Veterans Day, we honor and recognize all veterans who have selflessly answered the call to serve in our nation’s Armed Forces. There is distinct honor in serving in the military, thereby committing to uphold American ideals and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

For their enduring devotion to promoting freedom, we thank all who have served; we are forever grateful for the sacrifices veterans have made for the freedoms we all enjoy. It is indeed an honor and a privilege to have former, and current, service members as part of the Millennia organization as they reflect the very best of our country and embody our core values.

Millennia Housing Management Ltd., an industry leading property management company based in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician in Jacksonville, AR. These is a full-time, 40 hours per week, benefit-eligible position.

The successful candidate will have 2 or more years of hands on experience in carpentry and dry wall/plaster, with some plumbing, electrical, HVAC with heat pump experience, landscaping, and apartment preparation. Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred. HVAC certification preferred.

Must possess:
• Strong customer service skills along with being trustworthy, able to work with vendors, maintain inventory, and meet deadlines
• Position requires some on call responsibilities along with occasional overtime and assistance at other sites as needed.
• Ability to positively interact with a wide range of people
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Millennia Housing Management, LTD., a successful property management company located in the Midwest is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a position at Willow Bend, our apartment complex in Jacksonville, AR. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) which includes a benefits package and competitive salary.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience in addition to 3+ years of full-time residential maintenance experience. Hands on experience in drywall/painting, and apartment preparation, plumbing, boiler, electrical and carpentry experience a must, HVAC Certification required, CPO also preferred. Maintenance employees are also responsible for maintaining curb appeal, snow removal, and grounds keeping.
Must possess:
1. Strong customer service skills, able to work with vendors/contractors and meet deadlines
2. Position requires on-call responsibilities along with occasional assistance at other sites as needed.
3. Willingness to perform any task that is required while demonstrating good safety habits
4. Lead, train, schedule, motivate and effectively communicate with staff
5. Ability to positively interact with a wide range of people
6. Assist Property Manager with scheduling and inventory control
7. Ability to work efficiently within a budget
8. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
9. Must be available for on-call emergency requests
