Most of my clients didn’t start with me.

They started with research.

Cruise videos.
Reviews.
Facebook groups.
Ship tours.
Cabin comparisons.
And approximately 17 open tabs. 😉

Honestly? I love that.

Because by the time they reach out, they’re not looking for someone to “sell” them a cruise.

They’re looking for clarity.

Someone who can help them sort through the noise, explain what actually matters, and make sure the cruise they book fits the way they actually want to travel.

That may be Celebrity.
It may be Viking.
It may be Royal Caribbean, Princess, Oceania, AmaWaterways, or something completely different.

The goal isn’t just to book a cruise.

It’s to cruise better.

A recent interaction reminded me of something important.

Many travelers think a travel advisor’s job is to find the lowest price.

But that’s only one small piece of what I do.

Anyone can search for a cruise online.

What many people are really looking for is confidence.

Confidence that they’re choosing the right ship.

Confidence they’re getting the right cabin.

Confidence they understand the options, promotions, and trade-offs.

Confidence that if something goes wrong, they have someone in their corner.

Price matters.

Of course it does.

But price and value aren’t always the same thing.

The cruise is the product.

Confidence is the value.
