I often get to help people plan some pretty amazing adventures, but it’s not every day that I get to plan a vacation to my favorite place on earth. 🦬🏔️

This week, TWO different families came to me to help plan their own Yellowstone adventures, and to say I’m excited about these trips is an understatement! 🤎

I absolutely love Yellowstone and the surrounding area. There is just something about this part of the country that I can’t get enough of. From the wildlife and geothermal features to the mountain towns and incredible scenery, there is so much to see and do.

A Yellowstone trip can look so different depending on what you want to experience:

🦬 Yellowstone National Park
Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring, Mammoth Hot Springs, Lamar Valley, Hayden Valley and some of the best wildlife viewing you’ll find anywhere.

🐺 West Yellowstone
A great home base for exploring the park, plus one of my favorite stops, the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center.

🏔️ Gardiner
Located right outside the North Entrance and a great place to experience Mammoth Hot Springs and the northern part of the park.

🤠 Cody
A completely different side of the Yellowstone experience with western history, the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, and easy access to the park’s East Entrance.

🏔️ Jackson
The perfect addition for those who want to combine Yellowstone with Grand Teton National Park, incredible mountain scenery, wildlife and that classic Wyoming feel.

🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET 🇺🇸

It’s hard to believe that an entire generation is now growing up in a world where 9/11 is something they learn about in a history book rather than something they remember.

They know the date. They may have seen the images. They hear the stories. But they didn’t experience the shock, the fear, the heartbreak, and, ultimately, the incredible sense of unity that our country felt on that day.

When we visited New York, taking my boys to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum was one of the most important things I wanted to do.

I wanted them to see the names.
To see the faces.
To hear the stories.
To understand that behind every number was a person, a family, and a life that mattered.

Walking through that space with them was emotional in a way that is difficult to put into words. It wasn’t simply a history lesson. It was a reminder of the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families who were forever changed, and the strength and resilience that followed.

I know my boys can never truly understand what it felt like to live through September 11, 2001, the way those of us who remember that day do. But I can make sure they remember those who were lost and understand why we continue to tell their stories.

Never forget the lives.
Never forget the heroes.
Never forget the unity.
Never forget.

If you’ve never considered taking a Disney Cruise for Halloween or Christmas, this is your sign to add it to the list!

🎃 Halloween on the High Seas 👻

Imagine cruising through the Caribbean while the ship is decorated for Halloween! You’ll find festive decorations, Halloween activities, special entertainment, and even the famous Halloween Tree. It’s spooky, but still very family-friendly and VERY Disney.

And then there’s Christmas at sea! The ships are absolutely beautiful with Christmas trees, lights, garlands and all the holiday magic you’d expect from Disney. There are special holiday activities and entertainment throughout the cruise, making it such a fun way to celebrate together.

🧸🍯 Happy National Teddy Bear Day! 🍯🧸

When I think of teddy bears, there’s really only one that comes to mind… Winnie the Pooh! 💛

“Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.”

This picture of my boys with Pooh at Disneyland is one of those memories I know I’ll treasure forever. They may be getting older, but I hope they never outgrow the magic, the adventures, and the memories we’ve made along the way. ❤️

And honestly, this is one of the reasons I love what I do as a travel advisor. Yes, I love planning the trips, finding the perfect itinerary, and working out all the details, but what I really love is knowing that the vacations I help plan become the stories and pictures families look back on years later.

Because someday, it’s not going to be about how much the trip cost or what hotel we stayed in. It’s going to be about the picture with Pooh, the first time they saw the castle, the laughs they shared, and the memories they made together. 🥹✨
