🏝️ Is a cabana at Perfect Day at CocoCay worth it? For me… YES. 🙌

Now, I completely understand that cabanas can be pricey, and they’re definitely not a must to have an amazing day at CocoCay. There is SO much you can enjoy on the island without spending extra.

But here’s why I love having one:

✨ A dedicated home base for the entire day
✨ Shade and comfortable seating when you need a break
✨ A place for everyone to meet back up without searching for chairs
✨ A cabana attendant who can take care of food and drink orders
✨ Many CocoCay cabanas accommodate up to 8 guests, so splitting the cost with friends or another family can make it much more reasonable.

For me, the biggest perk is the convenience. I can relax while the kids are off doing their thing, everyone knows exactly where to find us, and I’m not spending my beach day going back and forth for food and drinks.

Necessary? Nope. Worth it for us? Absolutely. 💯

💡 My tip: Watch your Cruise Planner for sales. Cabana prices fluctuate by sailing and season, so I’m always looking for a price I’m comfortable with rather than paying whatever happens to be showing that day.

So of course… we bought THREE NextCruise certificates while onboard. 😂

If you’re not familiar with NextCruise, you can purchase a certificate while sailing and use it toward a future Royal Caribbean cruise — giving you a reduced deposit and onboard credits.

Now the fun part… deciding where these three certificates are taking us! 👀

I’ll give you ONE hint:

One of them is definitely for Hero of the Seas!

Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen & W**e Bar brings something special to Harmony — Italian comfort food, great w**e, and a relaxed specialty-dining experience right in the middle of beautiful Central Park. 🌿🍷

Think fresh pastas, pizza, classic Italian favorites, and a meal that feels like an experience instead of just another dinner onboard.

It’s easily becoming one of my favorite spots on Harmony!

Royal Caribbean entertainment NEVER disappoints. 🤯 From the diving and aerial stunts to the insane talent in the AquaTheater, The Fine Line on Harmony of the Seas is one of those shows you have to see to believe.

One of my favorite things about Royal Caribbean is the entertainment—and tonight we’re heading to the AquaTheater for The Fine Line!

High divers, aerialists, acrobatics, incredible choreography…and they’re doing it all on a moving cruise ship. 🤯🚢

These are the experiences that make the ship itself part of the vacation.

One of the biggest misconceptions about Perfect Day at CocoCay? That you have to pay extra to enjoy it.

You don’t. 🙌

🏖️ Beaches
🌊 Oasis Lagoon pool + swim-up bar
🍔 Complimentary food
🪑 Beach chairs
🎶 Music, games & activities
🚋 Island transportation

There are plenty of upgrades you can pay for, but you absolutely don’t need them to have an incredible day.

I’ve been to CocoCay multiple times, and my advice? Don’t feel like you have to spend hundreds more just because you’re here.
