We're highlighting another incredible employee today out of our West Division. Mark Secrest works as a Sr. Project Manager and is an invaluable asset to BMI.
Your hometown: Grew up in Spokane, WA, where I lived before attending the University of Washington.
Your hobbies: My main hobbies would be skiing and running, but I love the outdoors and most anything that goes along with that, such as hiking and camping.
Your biggest or favorite project to date with Bellingham: Tough one, as there have been so many memorable projects over the years. My "biggest" project was the collection of large marina rebuilds in Marina del Rey, CA, from 2013 to 2019, including the Marina del Rey Marina; BMI's first project using FRP walers.
Why you like working for Bellingham: I cherish working at BMI for two reasons: the people and the endless opportunity to learn. It's the people that make BMI what it is, and it is an absolute pleasure to work side-by-side with a team towards a common goal of making the best product in the marine industry, hands down! Each day, truly, is a new opportunity to learn, and this company, this industry, has never disappointed. I love it!!!
