Wellness travel has a reputation for being a certain kind of person's thing, and we’d push back on that.

What we’ve seen over and over again is that the right environment, one where the entire structure of your day is built around rest and recovery rather than productivity, does something for people that they can not replicate at home no matter how many good intentions they have.

At home there is always something pulling at you. A good wellness resort removes that entirely and replaces it with nothing, which is what many of us don't know how to give ourselves permission to do.
