Are you avoiding all-inclusive resorts because you heard something like this?🫢

One of the biggest things I hear is:
“I don’t want to go somewhere and eat sub-par food for a week.”

Listen, I would NEVER. ❌🙅🏻‍♀️

Here’s what a day ACTUALLY looks like at an all-inclusive resort…

Wake up and stumble the 2-minute walk to the café to grab a made-to-order latte.

Take said latte to your newly found favorite seat on the beach while you slowly wake up and create an agenda for the day. ☕️🌴

Head back to your room for a shower, throw on your favorite swimsuit and cover-up, then fuel up at the largest breakfast buffet you’ve ever seen...

I’m talking made-to-order omelets and every breakfast/brunch option you can think of.

Not to mention, your server just brought over an orange juice, coffee, and Bloody Mary all at once.

Spoiled rotten and it’s only 10am. 😂

It’s about 1pm and you realize you haven’t had lunch, but don’t want to leave your pool lounger?

No problem.

Wave at the next waitress that walks by and order fish tacos, nachos or a sandwich—brought directly to you. 💁🏻‍♀️

And yes, I’ll also take another mojito, thanks for asking. 😏🍹

The pool begins to get quieter, so it must be time to get ready for dinner.

You shower, throw on something cute, and head out for the evening.

And THIS is where the “all-inclusive = buffet food” myth really falls apart.

Tonight, you’re choosing between fresh seafood, a steakhouse, Italian, Mexican, sushi, hibachi, or another à la carte restaurant. 🦀🍣🥩🍝

You sit down. Order whatever sounds good.

Heck, order 2! No checking prices. No splitting an appetizer because it’s $25.

No wondering if dessert is “worth it.”

I still dream of the crab cakes I had in 2021 at Secrets Cap Cana! 😋

And tomorrow, you get to do it all over again… with completely different options. 🔁✨

So, if the reason you’ve never considered an all-inclusive is because you think you’ll be stuck eating mediocre buffet food all week…

I think we need to rethink that!! 🌴🍽️✨

Because the right all-inclusive may have your favorite meal in store, one you won’t be able to stop dreaming about. 🤤💭

🌴☀️ What I would do with 4 nights in Punta Cana…

If I had 4 nights in Punta Cana, here’s exactly how I’d spend them. 👇

🏝️ Day 1 — ARRIVE & UNWIND
Check into my resort, grab a drink, change into something comfortable for 80° weather, and head straight to the beach. Plop down on a beach chair and immediately post a photo of the ocean that everyone back home can be jealous of. 🍹📸

🌊 Day 2 — RESORT DAY
Sleep in. Long breakfast. Pool. Beach. Maybe a massage. Definitely a few frozen drinks.

🐠 Day 3 — GET OFF THE RESORT
This is my adventure day! I’d pick one excursion — snorkeling, a catamaran, Saona Island, Monkeyland... something I can't do in Wisconsin! ⛵

🍽️ Day 4 — ENJOY THE RESORT
One more slow morning, soak up the sun poolside, enjoy the restaurants and entertainment, and make the most of that all-inclusive life.

✈️ Day 5 — ONE LAST COFFEE & HOME
One last walk on the beach… and then reluctantly head back to Wisconsin. 🥲
