Working on travel quotes today and feeling a bit amazed. Today alone I’ve worked on client trips to Alaska, Fiji, Iceland, Spain and Austria, plus several cruises. Y’all are all over the world and I’m loving it! (Also wishing I was still in New Zealand 🤣 Enjoy the picture from last week’s trip, it’s a statue dedicated to the first herding dog in that country).

Oh my goodness what a day! I don’t even have words for how breathtaking the landscape here is. Thank you to Heliworks Queenstown for showing us all the beautiful places in style. We visited Milford Sound, Earnslaw Burn and landed on an ice shelf and got some of my favorite pictures of the trip.

We’ve been so busy exploring and soaking up all the Queenstown adventures that I’ve gotten behind on sharing. Our friends at RealNZ hosted us for a beautiful evening aboard the TSS Earnslaw with dinner and a sheep shearing show at Walter Peak, and it’s my favorite meal we’ve had so far. Too bad I didn’t think to get pictures of all the food (although it’s probably good there’s no evidence of how much we consumed!). Thank y’all for a great time!

Started our morning with a nice helicopter flight up the mountain. Super smooth ride and amazing views the whole way. Highly recommend!

No real plans today, we’ve just wandered around exploring Christchurch. Took the gondola up the mountain, the tram around town and ate lunch at The Church Pub (that deserves a whole post of its own!). I’ve been so impressed by all the street art and murals on the buildings. Our hotel has the tallest mural in NZ on it, and makes it easy to find from several blocks away. I had to do a little digging into the art work, here’s a great article to check out:
