Good news from the Department of Homeland Security - a little more extension for Missouri

REAL ID Enforcement: Missouri
Missouri has an extension for REAL ID enforcement, allowing Federal agencies to accept driver's licenses and identification cards from Missouri at Federal facilities, nuclear power plants and federally regulated commercial aircraft until October 10, 2018.

Most of the major Caribbean cruise lines have announced they will be resuming San Juan Departures in November. The airport in gearing up and more of the pre-cruise hotels are beginning to open every day. They have substituted some of the stops; for example they will stop in St Croix USVI instead of St Thomas.
