Just a reminder for those that purchase tickets online in advance. It is very seldom that we ever have to cancel a tour, but sometimes weather emergencies or illness can cancel a tour. Those tour tickets purchased on a cancelled tour are good and honored at any tour time until they are used, but we do not offer refunds on advance ticket sales and it states this online where you purchase your tickets from our website.

This is how the hotel looked when I managed it back in the late 1990s. He thinks it Looks like a woman hovering above the staircase.
