After three years of full time work at Northeast Georgia Health System in Corporate Wellness and EAP, and limited private practice, I am excited to announce that I am returning to full time private practice hours, as well as developing a beautiful therapeutic lakeside retreat in the hope of helping friends, family and clients heal emotionally, spiritually and physically.
Individual, couples, family and group therapy will all be offered in Jefferson, Commerce and Athens.

•Managing Anxiety and Panic Disorder (Special groups will be offered for children and adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression, as well).

•Caretakers of Cancer Survivors
•Parents of children with Downs Syndrome
•Exercise Boot Camps
•Couples and Marriage
•Parenting Teenagers

My goal is to offer these services at a price where individuals and families can afford them.
I am a provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum/United Healthcare and many other plans. Check with your insurance company to see if you are eligible for services to be covered. (You will be provided with a Super Bill/Insurance Receipt after each session in order to file your own insurance).
