ATTN RENTAL OWNERS! Nettles Island Rules & Regulations state that "All owners must register their renters with the condo office."
It is so incredibly easy to do (and free), I can't imagine why any owner does not do it. A huge thanks to Linda Wheeler and her Communications committee for streamlining the process for all of us!
1) Go to NettlesIslandCondo.com
2) Log in with your owner ID.
3) Click on "Documents/Forms"
4) Click on "Rental Registration"
5) Complete the required fields online (super easy)
I understand that if you are registering renters on the weekend for a weekend arrival (when the office is closed), you should back it up with a phone call to the Security Gate, as they will not receive your online registration until Monday.

Hello, we have 2131 available starting April 2023. Its a very nice 650 sq ft 2/1 along the North Property line so theres no neighbors in back and a nice yard.
The unit has plenty of parking and was recently freshened up. Were asking $2500 month for long term rental or $3000 for a month.

Anyone have availability the week of March 31 - April 8th? Ideally it would be 2 units or one large unit for a family of 8. Again could be one large unit or 2 smaller units. They are previous guests of mine, I just don't have the dates available for this year. Additionally, the grandparents of the group of 8 were former owners at Nettles.
