We’re so very proud and honored to announce that we have won the IAAPA Honors Brass Ring award for Best Talent Acquisition Program - for Downtown Flavortown, Pigeon Forge!

We want to pause and take a moment to thank our incredible team -Debbie Christensen, Ron Villalobos, Glenn Newman, CHRM Alyssa Denault, SHRM-CP, Ivan Bruno, Dawson Jones, PHR, Paige Goff and Craig McCutchen and his amazing team at Downtown Flavortown!

We were so fortunate to participate in the in Johnson City, TN! The FRIENDS chapter celebrated their 25th anniversary walk this year, and FACE was honored to give away a Buddy Walk Bear to each participating walker + their siblings!

Today is a very bittersweet day at FACE! We are saying, “So long for now” to our guest experience specialist Hannah!

Hannah. You have been an absolute joy to work with, and the lives that you’ve touched during your time at FACE are forever grateful. You’ve helped turn frowns upside down, turned big grins even bigger, and helped create FUN Experiences for thousands of our guests!

We sincerely wanted to say THANK YOU for being you. We will miss the laughs, the Friday Fun Cart, and the faint (or not so faint) sound of Taylor Swift coming from your office.
