Yesterday, I had the most amazing Balinese massage at Marival Armony in Puerto Vallarta 💆‍♀️🌴 I started with a relaxing hydrotherapy session and then headed into the massage.

It wasn’t your average massage - this one used 7 essential oils to calm the mind and relax the body. Total sensory reset.

It started with a foot exfoliation with an appetizer, beverage, and truffle. Then, a full body exfoliation + shower. Then they did a mud massage with actual organic ingredients like bell pepper, coconut, lime essential oil, and noni.

If you've been following along, you know how obsessed I am with the incredible family cruise we took to Alaska at the end of May. I’m still thinking about the glaciers, mountains, and even the rainbow we saw in Juneau.

We sailed on NCL Encore roundtrip from Seattle and visited Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay National Park, Ketchikan, and Victoria, B.C. It was stunning.
