Then & Now!

It's incredible to see how much this historic landmark has changed over the years. The first photo offers a glimpse into the past, while the second shows what the property looks like today. Although time has brought many changes, the rich history of the old Jordan Historic Brewery and its iconic caves continues to live on.

We love looking back at where it all began while preserving this unique piece of Jordan's history for future generations.

From August 20th through August 30th, we’ll be collecting school supply donations at Jordan Historic Brewery & Caves. Every notebook, pencil, folder, backpack, or other school essential can make a difference for a student in our community.

Throwback Thursday!

This historic photo captures a man standing inside one of the smaller side tunnels of the old brewery caves—a reminder of just how extensive this underground network once was.

Local stories and longtime legends have claimed that the tunnels stretched for miles, even reaching toward Shakopee and New Prague. While those tales have become a fascinating part of the area's history and folklore, the true extent of the tunnel system remains a mystery. What we do know is that these caves have played an important role in Jordan's past for generations.
