Hello . I got your number (not easy) 801-984-4200, after being in your system that asked me to wait, at 15 minutes the call was disconnected.

I am in the financial approval application process of an apartment rental, all good to me except you want the : account and password.

I am a business manager since 1994 and would NEVER allow or recommend to anyone, clients or not to give their log on credentials. Especially that there is no security or contact information on the link.

So I thought I'd call and at least ask what provides. All that I could find is your website for sales. I filled in your form and asked someone to call.

Refused to get me into contact with American Express who wrongly refunded a customer, who clearly broke the cancellation rules they agreed to when booking.

Why would stripe not allow me to escellate, not with them, even directly with American Express? No contact direct information, no speaking to a supervisor! Just no, "it's a final decision"

I'll be finding another merchant of services and make sure to let others know their bad business practices.
