National Wildlife Day 2026 is observed on September 4, highlighting the importance of protecting wildlife and their habitats.

Outdoor engagement by exploring local natural areas, observing wildlife, and promoting biodiversity in your garden or community are great ways to celebrate. Also, learning about the wildlife in your area and educating younger generations about the importance of being a positive influence on the habitat as well as the animals is a great way to celelbrate the day of and beyond!
